I used to live down the street and it's probably the one place I really miss in hull. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and it's a great place to just hang out and have a beer.
We came in for lunch and were very happy with our server who was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Lunch was wonderful! The food was great and the restaurant was quiet despite several tables being full. Would definitely recommend and return!
Decided to try this restaurant with a friend because it was open on mondays. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable and restaurant appeared clean and well taken care of. We ordered a couple margaritas, chips and salsa, Fritos with chili, and two tacos each. Fritos we're a little underwhelming, good but not great. The salsa with the chips had a good kick. Tacos were very tasty though small for the price. Margaritas were good but I couldn't taste any of the tequila. Ultimately I would go back again, but feel the tacos were about $2-3 more each than they should have been.
Wow. Just went here for the first time. As much as I listen to negative reviews, I'm very much an advocate for forming my own opinions. Let me just say, the tacos, drinks, hot sauces...all amazing. This might become my new go to south shore taco spot. I really can't wrap my head around the negative reviews. If this spot had outdoor space, it would absolutely clean up. Go to The Parrot for the view, come here for drinks and food. Wife and I will be back.
